Office of Inspector General

​The Office of the Inspector General (OIG) is responsible for establishing a credible and comprehensive process allowing the department to identify and solve problems before they become critical issues.  The OIG has created a systematic and disciplined approach to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes.  The process is accomplished primarily through Performance Reviews, with ongoing verification by the OIG.
